Household visit guide

What to expect when Integrinet comes to inventory your offline wallets and audit paper backups.

Who should book a visit

Multi-wallet households that want a shared physical inventory — not a software dashboard. If two or more adults share responsibility for cold storage devices and recovery papers, a visit gives you a common map.

Before we arrive

  1. Agree which adults will stay for the full session.
  2. Collect every hardware wallet and known backup medium in one room.
  3. Silence phones and ask guests not to enter while envelopes are open.
  4. Decide where the finished inventory sheet will live (home safe, locked drawer, or similar).

During the session

01

Scope lock

We list every device and backup on the table before any sealed material is opened. Surprises found later are added only with your consent and may extend the visit.

02

Inventory pass

Each offline wallet is identified, labelled with a household nickname, and recorded with its storage location in the home.

03

Backup alignment

Paper sheets and metal plates are matched to devices. Incomplete lists are flagged; you rewrite materials while we observe if you choose.

04

Household briefing

Two adults walk the recovery map aloud. We leave paper copies with you and take no seed phrases with us.

Service area

Primary coverage is Seoul Special City, with Yeoksam-dong as our correspondence base: 737 Yeoksam-dong, Gangnam-gu, Seoul 06168. Nearby Gyeonggi addresses are quoted case by case.
