Integrinet, reachable at 737 Yeoksam-dong, Gangnam-gu, Seoul 06168, +82 2-2186-9500, and contact@integrinet.digital, is the controller for personal data collected through this website and visit bookings.

Data we collect

• Contact details you submit (name, email, message content, optional visit type and wallet count).
• Technical logs ordinary to hosting (IP address, browser type, timestamps).
• Cookie preferences stored in your browser under a brand-prefixed key.

We do not ask for seed phrases, PINs, or private keys. Do not include them in forms or email.

Purposes

• Responding to visit requests and preparing estimates.
• Scheduling and conducting household sessions.
• Maintaining basic site security and understanding aggregate traffic if analytics cookies are accepted.

Legal bases

Depending on context: performance of a requested service, legitimate interests in operating a professional practice, and consent where required for non-essential cookies.

Retention

Inquiry messages are kept up to 24 months unless a longer period is needed for an active client relationship or legal claim. Inventory sheets we leave with you are your copies; we retain only high-level scheduling notes without recovery words.

Your rights

Under applicable Korean privacy law you may request access, correction, deletion, or restriction of personal data we hold, and you may withdraw cookie consent for non-essential cookies. International transfers

If our hosting providers process data outside Korea, we rely on appropriate safeguards offered by those providers and limit data to what is needed to operate the site.

Children

Services are intended for adults arranging household cold-storage matters. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
