Acceptance
By requesting a visit, corresponding with Integrinet, or using integrinet.digital, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not book or use the site.
Services described
Integrinet provides informational content and facilitates booking of in-person household services: cold-storage inventory setup, paper-backup audits, and related recount visits. Pricing on the site is informational only and does not create a payment checkout.
Household responsibility
You remain solely responsible for custody of devices, seed phrases, passphrases, and PINs. Integrinet does not take custody of recovery material and does not guarantee investment outcomes, device longevity, or recovery success if materials were incomplete before the visit.
Appointments
Confirmed appointments require a deposit as stated in your written estimate. You must provide accurate wallet counts and ensure a private space for the session.
Intellectual property
Site text, layout, and branding belong to Integrinet. You may not copy substantial portions for commercial reuse without written permission. Inventory sheets we prepare for your household are licensed to you for personal household use.
Liability
To the fullest extent permitted under the laws of the Republic of Korea, Integrinet is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from household decisions about cold storage, missed backups discovered after a visit, or third-party device failures. Our aggregate liability related to a booked visit is limited to fees you paid for that visit.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Courts in Seoul shall have jurisdiction over disputes arising from these terms, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections.
Changes
We may update these terms by posting a revised version on this page. Continued use of the site after posting constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
